Your Most Important Questions. Answered Now.
Questions often come to mind when you are considering getting your pictures edited. Below you’ll find some of my most commonly asked questions and answers so you can learn more about my photo editing process!
- Are you able to work in bulk and offer a discount? Short answer; Yes! I am happy to work with you on editing a bulk batch of photos from an event, vacation, etc. so they all match and look amazing. Contact me & we can work out a price!
- Can you work with my photos from a professional photo shoot? Probably. Some photographers will give you your photos with only a print license because they want to protect their work. If you can have your photographer sign something giving permission to alter their photos or sign my contract saying that you own the photos and have the ability to edit them then I am happy to work with professional pictures!
- What don’t you do? There are some types of photos that I absolutely will not work with. This includes porn, nudity, any project that could be perceived as bullying to the subject, anything racist, sexist, etc.
- How do I send you my pictures? Just email me at alissa@refinedphotoediting.com For more info about size and quality check out my blog post here. (coming soon)
- How do I choose photos that will work well for my project? Short answer: consider the angle that the photos were taken (even more than the lighting) If one picture was taken from above and everyone is looking up, adding in a person who was looking down at the camera is not going to work. Check out these blog posts to get the complete answer. (coming soon)
- What if I’m not happy with my product? Is that even possible? Just kidding. Over 99% of my clients have been absolutely thrilled and amazed with my work and I have all 5 star reviews, so we can bet that you will be just as happy. I work hard to communicate with clients before the work is done so we are both very clear about the scope of the project and share a vision for the finished photo. Every purchase includes a complimentary touch up if you would like something tweaked as well. Since you are paying for my time, I can not offer a refund, but I am happy to work with you to make things right!
